With access to both the beach and the jetty, Trekantens strandbad is suitable for children and offers increased accessibility with a ramp. During the swimming season, two seasonal toilets and a shower are available. While there is no kiosk or restaurant, you can bring your own food for a picnic. Keep in mind that parking spaces are not available at this beach.

Here, you'll find rocky areas, smaller grassy sections, and a pool with a fixed platform and floating docks. The swimming area is clearly marked with buoy lines during the summer, ensuring safety for all. Although there are no showers, changing rooms, or BBQ facilities, life-saving equipment is available, and temporary toilets are set up during the summer months.

This beach has excellent water quality.

 

Farstastrandsbadet ⭐⭐⭐

Farstastrandsbadet is another great option for families. This child-friendly beach features a jetty, toilets, and a convenient kiosk. While there is no playground, an outdoor gym, bowling alley, and opportunities for volleyball add to the fun.

 

Flatenbadet ⭐⭐⭐

Flatenbadet offers a diverse range of experiences, making it an excellent choice for families.

This place has beach, cliffs, a pier, a ramp, and even a jumping tower. There is a toilet and a kiosk with food service during the summer.

This beach offers a variety of activities:

• Children's nature trail with information about trees and birds around Flaten;

• Mini golf course;

• Boules courts;

• Beach volleyball court;

• Nice walking paths through untouched nature lead around the lake.

 

Hässelby allmänna bad ⭐⭐⭐

With its two sandy beaches and wooden deck, Hässelby allmänna bad is tailored to suit families' needs.

One sandy beach is ideal for families with younger children, while the other is more suitable for slightly older kids. The bath features two piers, a wooden pier, and a concrete pier. You'll find toilets and changing facilities, but note that there is no kiosk or barbecue area. Although parking facilities are limited, the delightful surroundings make up for it.

 

Hökarängsbadet ⭐⭐⭐

Hökarängsbadet is a child-friendly beach bath equipped with a jetty, toilets, and a kiosk/restaurant. Convenient parking facilities near the beach make it easily accessible for families.

 

Kanaanbadet V ⭐⭐⭐

Kanaanbadet V has two sandy beaches, large grassy areas, a jumping tower, and an outdoor shower. The bath provides toilets, including a disabled toilet, and Café Kanaan offers ice cream, coffee, and light snacks. Barbecue facilities, volleyball, basketball courts, and a nearby parking lot make it a convenient and enjoyable destination for families.

 

Långsjöbadet ⭐⭐⭐

Långsjöbadet's swimming area features piers, a sandy beach, grass areas, and rock outcroppings. Kids will love the swinging animals, play sculptures, and sand court for beach volleyball. There are toilets (at the cafe), a shower, and a drinking water fountain. You can also grab a bite to eat at the café with outdoor seating.

This beach has excellent water quality. UPDATE 28.06.23: Due to suspicion of algae toxin poisoning, it is, unfortunately, recommended against swimming until further notice.

 

Lövstabadet ⭐⭐⭐

Lövstabadet offers a child-friendly beach with a sandy beach, jetty, lawn, and toilets. Sjöcafé Lövstabadet serves ice cream, coffee, and light snacks, and grilling facilities are available. While parking spaces are limited, this beach still provides a pleasant experience for families.

 

Maltesholmsbadet ⭐⭐⭐

Offering a large, child-friendly beach bath with a jetty and a flat grass area, Maltesholmsbadet ensures a great time for families.

The bath is accessible with a ramp for wheelchair users, and toilets, including wheelchair-accessible facilities, are available. In addition to the kiosk, you'll find an outdoor gym, simple soccer goals, and volleyball nets. Fixed sunbeds are perfect for lounging in the sun, and parking is available.

 


Mälarhöjdsbadet ⭐⭐

At Mälarhöjdsbadet, you'll find a kiosk, toilets, a jumping tower, and a playground with swings and a slide. There's even a designated area for grilling, a beach basketball court (bring your own ball), an outdoor gym, and an exercise track known as the Bredängsspåret. This beach offers a variety of activities to keep the whole family entertained.

This beach has good water quality.

 

Ekhagens strandbad ⭐

Ekhagens strandbad is a child-friendly beach with sand and some stones.

The swimming area is marked with buoy lines during the summer, providing a safe environment for little ones to splash around. While there are no toilets, changing facilities, or nearby services, the serene atmosphere and natural surroundings make it a peaceful spot for a family outing.

 

Söderbysjöns badplats ???

Söderbysjöns badplats features a child-friendly sandy beach surrounded by spacious grassy areas. Cliffs along the lake also provide excellent swimming opportunities. While there are no changing facilities, a toilet is available during the bathing season. For refreshments, you can visit the restaurant at Björkhagen's golf club, located near the swimming area. You can also enjoy grilling, although there is no sauna. Parking is available at Dammtorp and Hellasgården.

There is no information about the water quality of this beach.

 


Lida Badplats

Lida Badplats provides a scenic swimming area with a shallow sandy beach for children and bathing piers for adults. The beach has fine-grained, soft sand and shaded trees. During the summer, the Beach Cafe is open and toilets are located in the same building.
